5 Stars One great HDTV
After too much research ..I finally had to decide … I bought from Amazon the Toshiba Regza 46XVU545 Cinema Series … This is one terrific HDTV … it came when promised … was setup by the delivery people and worked great out of the box.. The remote is easy to use and the TV is very simple to make any chages you might want … I could not give this a higher rating. I added a Sony Blu-ray DVD player and I doubt I will go to the movies much , anymore.

5 Stars So far, so good!
We received the TV a little over a week ago but we are very happy with it so far. Perfect size for our Living Room, fantastic picture, plenty of input options and I love what the 120hz does to HD images. I find that it is very evident with shows and commercials that are filmed with HD cameras. With out the 120hz on they are “fake” looking, too sharp. With 120hz on they are more natural looking, like film.

Again, we are new with this TV so only time will tell but for $1200 we are thrilled.

The picture quality is not quite what I had seen in the showroom at a dealer. Appears to be a refurbished unit and not new. Had been repackaged.

5 Stars Amazing TV
Got this model from another web site (little cheaper) few weeks ago, naturally needed to tweak the picture settings since those pre-defined ones are just waste of time. I use this TV with my PC (DVI to HDMI) you can go as far as 1080p (1920×1080) 60Hz although it depends how far you sit from the TV, you might not be able to read normal windows font @ 1080p (thus I have reduced resolution for optimal viewing pleasure, since I sit 8-9 feet away from this TV).

As far as SRT feature is concerned it actually makes a heck of a difference with your good old DVD player (@ 480p resolution). I’m not sure why some reviewers were negative about it, I think CNET gave it a bad rap, difference is also visible on 720p resolution with my HD Terk antenna.

I have not seen any “ghosting”, nor have any dead pixels on my TV. I haven’t had any professional calibration.

It is very affordable LCD that compares to Samsung’s 6 series, but it cost hundreds of dollars less.

5 Stars Excellent Product
We decided on the Toshiba 46XV545U LCD after much research and reading customer reviews from various sites. We’ve had it for over a month but we are very pleased with our purchase (so far).

Delivery was as promised and the TV arrived in perfect condition. The setup was uncomplicated as the instruction manual was very clear. The picture is amazingly clear and crisp. My wife who does not watch much TV has been glued to it since it arrived. The sound is much better hooked up to our surround system but the built in speakers are good to very good.
